♥Hello Old Friend♥
I love Dr. Seuss! I was at Borders over the weekend & @ the store was this book of all Dr. Seuss stories. I really wanted to buy it but I can here my mother saying, "grow up!" (I'm going to go back & get it any way :P) But hello to you my dear friend I am forever grateful :)
♥♥One Sweet Day♥♥
Being from Chicago, the Derrion Albert tragedy really hit home. I just don't understand people!! I really don't & sadly all the kids that were involve majority were just kids. That scares me even more! I lost my uncle about 3yrs ago around this time to gun violence. He was neither in gang, a drug dealer..just a hard working young man. My uncle Durance lost his life over a fuckin chain! Knowing what happened is still unclear. No witness yet it was in the middle of day & it happen across the street from some little kids. The only thing we do know is his murder was a 16 yr old. It was even harder getting the facts straight, with him living & dying in Florida. I don't know if we ever will really get the full story. All my family & myself was left with pain, anger, frustration and confusion. My uncle was only 26 when he got killed & my God I would do anything to have him back! It's coming around to the anniversary of his death. I still remember when I received the new & dropping to all fours. It was my freshman year of college & without my family & new friends I wouldn't have been able to cope. I still think about him & miss him dearly!!!! So with the news of Derrion Albert's death, I feel the pain his family is going through. Honesty I would gladly love to remove them from it. I know God control's everything but somethings I can't seem to fathom certain situations. Durance was the 1st person death that I've ever experience. & even though death is a part of life I would never what to experience that again. He was so young & kind and I truly believed he had more to give to this world. Kids...it still pains me that he never had children :( He was a great artist he loved to draw..I still remember when I was a kid & walking into his room & looking at the gorgeous graffiti art on his wall. I remember he went to visit Florida one day with friends & decided to move. I must admit with my uncle laid back personality the south a great place for him. Maybe not so much. I don't like blaming the Florida, but I just wish he was closer to home maybe things would have turned out different for him. I just can't comprehend such a great man with that tragic of a fate. I remember planning on going to college in Florida to be near to him. I kind of wish I did. Especially since I hate my college I'm at now. The weird thing about my uncle's death that I can't seem to shake off is the weeks following up to his death. My uncle's childhood friend whom also moved to Florida, father had died. I was off at school when Durance came back to visit & he only had seen my grandparents & my uncle that has been incarcerated for many years. Only three people in my family saw Durance before he died & they took pictures too. And two-three weeks later they received that dreadful phone call. One phone call has changed my life forever. I guess the only thing that makes me feel a little better is knowing that surely my Uncle & Derrion are living it up in a better place. My God I miss you Durance everyday & everything has changed since you've been Gone! I love you SOOOO MUCH & I'm sure you're watching over me as I type this :) One day we'll meet again!!

So I bought Clueless at Wal-mart 2day I found it in the 5$ bin!! This is one of my all time favorite movies!! My cousin & I even made up a game about it. I love this movie & I'm happy I have it on DVD now!

So the commercial for the Madonna Celebration CD just left my screen. I'm not going to lie I was kind of excited. Madonna is a BAD CHICA! She has never been afraid to be her no matter what! Lady GaGa who? Granted I am a fan of Lady Gaga, so no diss to her. But I'm really thinking about buying it. I can see my friends faces as I type this. But whateva it's only 15$ @ Target & that's not bad for 36 songs & I think some Video's are included. But ne who really thinking about making that purchase :)

I really like make-up & I wear it almost every day but I try to have a natural look. I mean wearing a cake load of make-up is really not a good look. So girls think wearing all that make-up makes them look like Beyonce. Sorry hun negative on that note. Beyonce doesn't wear that much make-up on her day off. A fresh face is the best face! Below is what I wear usually on the daily.

I honesty think I would not be able to live without my Ipod! I just love music in general but I think I'm going deaf. My ears just feel stuffy & cloggy I can hear fine, but @ times it rings. The smart thing would do is to go to the doctor..but I hate going to the doctor so negative!! I'm just going to give up on the headphones a little bit. Because I always end up turning them up loud as I do the music in my car. I just like loud music. But I do realize that I'm only 21 & I have a lot of life to live so I need to take better precautions. Because I don't want to be deaf @ 30!

My best friend Christina introduced Glee to me over the summer!! OMGEE I have been in love ever since! And I'm not a big musical fan..(I despise High School Musical) yet Zac Efron is Caliente!! Funny thing is I fell in love with him in Hairspray Go figure!
I loooooove this show!! Not a big horror fan but when I watched the 1st episode I was hooked!!! You kind of have to accept & expect anything. I can say season 2 was high on the eroticism!! It's plenty of episodes I was a little uncomfortable watching with my mother & I'm 21!! But it's very entertaining & I have a crush on Sam! He's soooo cute & adorable :) Can't wait for season 3!! Omg hurry up already!!
The Hills Season 5!
I really have to say I'm excited for this season. I started to get so tired of the Lauren & Heidi DRAMA! Lauren started to get on my nerves! I was like so over it. And by no means am I applauding some of Kristin's actions, but I will say she's entertaining to watch. Another thing I'm tripping on it's the 5th Season! Wow how time flies, I remember watching Laguna Beach just yesterday lol!
I heart Whit! I know how it is to be the nice girl/good friend. And she vividly displays what the pros & cons of that being so. Us nice people tend to get the short end of the stick, yet are blessings are grand! And I can't wait to see Olivia get what she deserves honestly I think the girl is off! I want Whitney's career soooo BAD!! Besides that these ladies are looking VERY CHIC :)
Say Yes to the Dress is a guilty pleasure. I love weddings & can't wait until the day I have mine :) I think I cry at least every episode. Marriage just get such a bad rep sometimes..& I never could understand why. Who doesn't want to truly have someone? Yes things get rough but I think it's more comforting to go through tough times with someone you love by your side. I digress the store Klienfelds is extravagant with the thousands of wedding dresses it holds. If the show is still going on when it's my time to get married, I want to be on it. I already know the consultant I want Sarah! She is just seem like such a sweet person. I bawled my eyes out on her episode when she picked out her wedding gown!

★Got My Nails Did Again!★
Saturday I got my nails did. I faithfully go to Mystique Nails! They give the best service & they are so nice! And the place is very Chic & Classy! It's has a Greco-Roman decor, they actually have Roman Columns inside. Some may consider the place to be a little pricey..but hey you pay for the service you get. They give the best massages (OMG) with the pedicures & manicures every time. It's really hard to find a place that gives fantastic service ALL THE TIME!! I LOVE LOVE this place so if you're ever in Frankfort, IL check it out!

♥Weddings♥
Ever since I was a little girl I dreamed of the day I would get married & now since I'm 21 I'm really thinking about it. :P No one special in my life @ this moment but I wonder who or when will I meet him! Have I already met him? How many times will I marry (hopefully once but shit happens). So many people have a negative attitude on marriage...they don't last, no sex. I always was confused about the no sex part. I would think one would have more sex. Well I know I will :p I watch Say Yes to the Dress usually through cloudy eye. I think I have cried on every episode...which follows the phrase of me whining "I want to get married". Granted I know that marriage is far more than just a wedding. But I can't wait 4 mine :)
